Prop 105: Majority Rule

Jst like it says in the title. Im writing about prop 105 here in AZ in my English 102 class but im finding it very hard to actually get into this subject because it is not interesting....at all. Im being very honest here and i hope i don't offend people who do take the ballots and presidential debates very seriously. I'm not registered to vote for personal reasons so maybe thats why I'm having such a hard time with this. Though at the same time, this whole majority rule thing is pretty dumb. I mean this prop actually "counts" non-voters, which are people who registered but never actually voted. But than again it also talks about the minority vote which is basically saying, that if there were 50 people in a room and 80% decided to pass a law...that 20 % could still outvote the larger group(depending on their relationship with the state). By that I mean that the 20% can be outside interest groups with a plan to just increase out taxes. Thats just plain crazy to me and as of right now, Im on the fence of this Prop. This prop also involes any new laws that need attention as well as taxes and thats when the whole majority rule thing comes into play. We need majority rule to pass those laws and taxes since it is the citizens of Arizona that are gonna be dealing with those things. Hopefully i do a good job on this essay and everything goes well. So thats it for now people and hopefully i come up with better things to write about that won't bore you to death like this one...lol. Thanks for reading and hope u have a nice day.
